Gym cable to fit multiple strength machines such as DAP / Functional Trainer / Cable Xover / Lat Pulldown and more

Commercial standard cable galv 7×19,  4mm coated to 5.2mm black

Length – 8 metres

DIY option to make up a cable without a cable press.   Continuous length of cable with a ball shank already pressed at one end.   Cable  supplied with a coupling connector with 3 grub screws.      Use heavy duty cable cutter ( follow link below to purchase if required ) to cut to the specific size required and push cable end into the hole of the cable coupler to the hole end so the 3 x grub screws will tighten against the cable and secure.     Threaded cable studs are available to buy for the ball shank end if required.
